Accepted credit card types
VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express, Diners, Discover *Debit cards, prepaid cards, and credit cards issued overseas cannot be used.
The payment method for the withdrawal date is lump sum only. The withdrawal date and time will vary depending on the closing date and contract details of your credit card. For details, please contact your credit card company directly.
To strengthen security, we may need to verify the identity of customers who order with a credit card. In such cases, we may temporarily put delivery on hold. We appreciate your understanding.

With this payment method, you can pay the entire amount in one lump sum the month following your purchase.
No installment fee* About 3 installments/6 installments
Pay in 3 installments and Pay in 6 installments are services that allow you to make payments in multiple installments as follows:
Pay in 3 installments: Three equal installments in the following month, the month after, and three months after use
6 deferred payments: 6 equal installments in the following month, the month after, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, and 6 months after use.
If you verify your identity through the PayDy app and upgrade to PayDyPlus for free, you will be able to choose between Pay Later in 3 installments or Pay Later in 6 installments when making a payment. In that case, you will also be able to check the estimated usage limit.
*Only bank transfers and direct debits are free of installment fees.

The use of deferred payment with no installment fees varies depending on the contents of your order and is subject to change.
Payment Methods
Payment will be confirmed when the product is shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email from Paydy. You can check your billing details and usage status on the Paydy website (https://my.paidy.com/login) or in the Paydy app.
Payday will send you an email and SMS with details of your bill around the 3rd of the month following your use. Please confirm the details and make your payment by the 27th of the month following your use using one of the following methods.

Bank transfer (fees vary depending on the financial institution)

The convenience store payment fee is 390 yen for invoices that include a one-time payment only. For details on invoices that include 3 or 6 deferred payment installments, please see the Paidy website (https://support.paidy.com/hc/ja/articles/900006400686).

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products after an order has been placed. However, we will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged or sent incorrectly upon arrival. In such cases, please notify us in advance by email with your order number within seven days of receiving the product and return it. We will only exchange the product for the correct one if the product arrives within seven days. If the product is out of stock and we are unable to exchange it for the correct product, we will provide a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you contact us more than seven days after receiving the product, even if it is unopened.
Please note that the above return or exchange must meet all of the following conditions.
- The returned or exchanged item must be unused. (Items without tags are not considered unused.)
- Return all accessories, attachments, invoices, etc. of the product to the state they were in when delivered.
- Any other matters specified separately by our company.
*We cannot accept returns (refunds) or exchanges for the following items, even within 7 days: - Products that have been used at least once
- Products that have been soiled or damaged due to customer negligence
- If the product packaging is soiled, damaged, lost or discarded
Regarding returns due to customer convenience
We cannot accept returns for any of the following reasons:
- Reasons such as not feeling any effect (our products are not pharmaceuticals, so we cannot guarantee that they will be effective for everyone).
- Reasons for differences when compared with other stores' products and similar products
- Reasons based on the customer's subjective preferences, such as the product being different from what they imagined
- Reasons such as long-term travel, unexpected accidents, illness, etc.
If you return the product for your own reasons or if you return it to us without contacting us, we will not accept it, regardless of whether it is cash on delivery or prepayment. We will return the product to you cash on delivery, so we appreciate your understanding.
