  • For customers using the old site

    Customers using the old site will receive a "password setting link" via email. By opening the link and registering your password, you can easily transfer your membership information.

  • About Store Points

    ・What are points?
    Points earned on this site can be used for shopping, with 1 point = 1 yen.

    -How long are points valid for?
    Points are valid for one year from the date of your last purchase. Please note that points will expire after the expiration date and cannot be reissued. You can check your current number of points and their expiration date on My Page.

    When will points be awarded?
    Your order will be credited once your order has been shipped from our company.

    ・Please tell me the point award rate and calculation method.
    You will receive 1 point for every 100 yen of the product price (excluding tax). Please note that points are not awarded for consumption tax, shipping fees, or handling fees.

  • Shipping

    We charge 660 yen for shipping per order.

    Free shipping on orders over 30,000 yen. If your order is over 30,000 yen, shipping is free.

    Shipping to Okinawa and remote islands: If you are shipping to Okinawa or a remote island, an additional 660 yen will be charged.

How to use and delivery

  • Payment

    We accept the following payment methods:

    ・Credit card payment ・Pay later (Payday)
    ・Bank transfer     *Some products are not eligible.

    ・Credit card payment <br/>Card brands accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners, Discover
    *Debit cards and prepaid credit cards cannot be used.

    ・Pay later (Payday)
    With this payment method, you can pay the entire amount in one lump sum the month following your purchase.

    No installment fee* About 3 installments/6 installments
    Pay in 3 installments and Pay in 6 installments are services that allow you to make payments in multiple installments as follows:
    Pay in 3 installments: Three equal installments in the following month, the month after, and three months after use
    6 deferred payments: 6 equal installments in the following month, the month after, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, and 6 months after use.

    If you verify your identity through the PayDy app and upgrade to PayDyPlus for free, you will be able to choose between Pay Later in 3 installments or Pay Later in 6 installments when making a payment. In that case, you will also be able to check the estimated usage limit.

    *Only bank transfers and direct debits are free of installment fees.

    Payment Methods

    Payment will be confirmed when the product is shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email from Paydy. You can check your billing details and usage status on the Paydy website (https://my.paidy.com/login) or in the Paydy app.

    Payday will send you an email and SMS with details of your bill around the 3rd of the month following your use. Please confirm the details and make your payment by the 27th of the month following your use using one of the following methods.

    Edit your default address by clicking "Change Delivery Address" and then click "Update Address" to save.

  • Estimated delivery date

    Orders are usually shipped from Chiba Prefecture on the same day or the next business day (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
